He answers my questions quickly, is very knowledgeable about coverage options, and most recently helped me through a claim process - making it as stress free as possible.     Well there is no we. Eric did it all. He finds the best deals and talk them over with you. Ask what you would like to see and recommends what should be on there. Eric knows his sh@$!!! I let him know what I'm thinking on doing and he will tell me the best course of action. Customer service to the ten's!!! If you have to pick between someone else and Eric... No brainer, Eric everytime.
