- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Bala is amazing! Backstory: I brought in a faulty product from another printer who was giving me the worst time. The product was horrible and it was even discovered the file was adjusted which created one of the many issues with the overall product. I showed him the product and we chatted, he proofed right in the store and had the product ready for the client to pick-up before 7pm. He didn't even charge me to fix another printers' sloppy work. He listened to me and remembered key details from the conversation right down to the city the client was in. He then took them to another store in that city to finish them (didn't even ask him to-I was just going to deliver them) and the client was able to pick them up. The color profile was true, everything was even right down to the bleed lines, which he was more than knowledgeable to adjust so that the score lines would be perfect on the product. I highly recommend this store! He saved the day and I will definitely bring my complicated design projects his way any day!By Heather Sahli, April 24, 2017
