- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆CROOKED AS F ! I was double billed by my insurance company. I had been using a cashpass card for over 10 years. I contacted my insurance company and they cancelled one of the charges. This was 8 days ago. The money has still not been refunded to my card. I called cashpass about 6 times now and at first was given the usual runaround about how it takes 3 to 5 business days to put the money back on my card ( funny how everything these days is transferred instantaneously by computers, yet it takes 3 to 5 days to put the money back while they collect interest on that money). After 5 days the money was still not back on the card. I called cashpass and was told they need a letter of release from the insurance company. I contacted the insurance company and they sent the letter to me. I sent the letter to cashpass. They still didn't put my money back! I called cashpass and they forwarded me to Tom Benedict whose title was call center manager but who I found out is the owner of cashpass. Tom told me the letter of release was not real, implying that I had forged the letter. I forwarded the original letter from the insurance company to Tom Benedict. I received a email from Tom that he would release the funds when he received an email directly from the insurance company. Oh, I forgot to mention, he also told me he tried calling the insurance company twice and they said they didn't sent the original letter of release! I contacted the insurance company and they had No Record of him calling! I'm still waiting for Tom Benedict the owner of cashpass to give me access to MY MONEY.......BUYER BEWAREBy Scott Stevenz, January 07, 2017
