  I have worked with Brady professionally as a local Real Estate Agent. From my perspective, and that of our clients, Brady does a great job helping people finance a home purchase from A to Z. He is very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. He cares about each person more than he ever does a sale, and is very open and honest with clients in the approval process. The full approval offered to clients for free, versus the traditional pre-approval, is a huge advantage for every buyer. In a multiple offer scenario, it is often the difference. Clients know their exact lending situation before they make an offer on a home. Brady does things the right way, and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

  I just recently completed a refinance on my home working with Brady and his team. All I can say is WOW - exceptional service, immediate responses, efficient online document signing - an incredibly smooth process. Over a year ago I attempted a refinance with Wells Fargo thinking a large institution would do it right. I was very wrong, Wells Fargo's process was incredibly slow and problematic - so poor in fact that I canceled the whole thing. Brady and his team completed everything in 1/3 the time! I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I feel compelled to let everyone know.

  When the time came for me to refinance, I was glad that Brady was still keeping in touch 9 years later (he managed the financing when I purchased the property) and was available to handle my needs. I found the process very easy, with clear instructions, timely communications, helpful staff and an excellent result. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or refinance a property.

  Brady and his team were great to work with. Having previously been in the mortgage industry for years my expectations of a loan officer were somewhat lofty. After working with a bank and getting the run around and lack of communication I went to Brady. The approval was handled in hours instead of days, the conditions to close the loan went almost as fast as the initial approval. Rates were competitive with anyone around, but the service far surpassed what I expected. Great communication during the process. If you are a real estate agent looking for a lender to work with you would have a hard time finding a better person and outfit than Brady and Prime Lending.
